anzac assembly

Today we had an Anzac assembly of those who left to war. On 14 of February 1915, the 500 strong Maori contingent left New Zealand shore for the first world war. The Maori people were angry with the British empire and had asked for 500 strong men from the minster, but he refused and sad no. But soon after a while they had got what they wanted. People were crying when there love one's were leaving to war. Young and old men were leaving to fight for there country we will
remember them.
